Sunday, 04 February 2024The Mid Ulster Football League welcomes new members, whether it be new clubs, new referees (already qualified, or those interested in qualifying and joining the league) or simply new players looking for a club.
We believe the Mid Ulster Football League is the second largest football league in Northern Ireland with a rich history, with over seventy clubs and more than 120 sides playing Saturday afternoons from August through to May.
We always welcome applications from new clubs, but we do want to make sure you are serious about your football, and being members of the Mid Ulster Football League.
Our entry requirements might seem hard to satisfy, but that's because we want to ensure well run clubs apply to join us.
Any club with an expression of interest for the 2024/25 season should email our Secretary muflsecretary@outlook.com.
New players should contact local clubs directly. Check out our website to look for local clubs and then contact the clubs direct via their pages.
New referees are welcome to apply to join the MURA at any time - regardless of your age or standard, we are confident we can find the level of game to suit you.
We can provide you with sound advice and direction for getting involved in the game, whatever your interest in local football may be.
